✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery — even if you’ve simply changed your mind.

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Returned with all original tags and packaging

• Not marked as Final Sale

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer free exchanges based on stock availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, you may choose a full refund.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note:

• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of receiving it at info@clounest.com. We’ll fix it fast and at no cost to you.
